Job summary

E&M Technologies, Inc. is currently seeking an Analytic Facilitator to join our team in JBAB, DC in support of the Defense Resources and Infrastructure Office (DRI). DRI's mission is to catalog and analyze military and civilian infrastructure and defense-related resources that underpin a nation's or group's military capabilities-including transportation, logistics, defense economics, energy systems, arms trade, physical vulnerability to weapon effects, defense industries, and the operational environment-to support U.S. and allied planners, targeteers, warfighters, policymakers, partners, and acquisition official.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Use your technical skills, creativity, and experience to come up with new ideas to develop an engaging, interactive learning experience on-screen or in a classroom.
  • Recommend cutting-edge multimedia technologies and strategies, including blended learning, to build a successful learning environment.
  • Meet with SMEs throughout the process to discuss learning material and incorporate feedback, review emerging policy and doctrine publications,provide feedback, and assess for incorporation into training products.
  • Provide lesson plans, presentations, and curricula in support of educationalgoals, and maintain materiel within the assigned educational system such as Agile and TrainingDevelopment Capability (TDC).
  • Identify new opportunities to build solutions to your customer’s learning needs.
  • Use your deep understanding of training methodologies to shape a creative learning experience that will engage students.
Requirements

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree and 3+ years of experience in training course development or instruction, intelligence analysis, or military capabilities, or 7+ years of experience in training course development or instruction, intelligence analysis, or military capabilities in lieu of a degree
  • Experience working with building and executing curriculum in different formats such as Blackboard and video
  • Knowledge of instructional design, intelligence analysis tradecraft, and national security concepts
  • Must be a U.S. Citizen
  • Must have and be capable of maintaining a U.S. Department of Defense (DoD) security clearance at the appropriate level

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience working in the Intelligence Community (IC)
  • Knowledge of transportation and logistics systems, including railroads, roads or highways, bridges, storage facilities, ports, and airfields

The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. E&M considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.
