Job summary

Toyota Financial Services (TFS) Treasury Systems team seeks a dedicated Treasury Systems Analyst to administer, configure, and enhance Treasury systems, with a focus on Wall Street Suite (WSS).

You will work with stakeholders across TFS and affiliates in Canada and Mexico to deliver treasury solutions, support testing, issue resolution, reporting, and continuous process improvements in a collaborative environment.

Qualifications

  • 1-3 years of relevant work experience in accounting/finance or treasury domains.
  • Four-Year College Degree in Accounting, Business, or Finance.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and SQL for querying.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with initiative; ability to multi-task.
  • Ability to quickly learn new applications or software tools.
  • Knowledge of project management best practices and accounting systems projects.
  • WSS and/or SAP experience preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Support configuration, testing, and deployment of Wall Street Suite (WSS) modules including transaction processing, cash management, and accounting functions.
  • Maintain and update WSS configurations to support treasury products and compliance standards.
  • Partner with business and technology teams to support system enhancements and integrations.
  • Research, troubleshoot, and resolve application issues related to treasury activities.
  • Develop and maintain reports, queries, and dashboards to support treasury operations and decision-making.
  • Participate in system testing (unit, integration, UAT) to validate changes.
  • Maintain system documentation and approval artifacts per governance procedures.
  • Assist in system upgrades, patch implementations, and enhancements to improve reliability.
  • Identify opportunities to automate manual treasury processes and improve efficiency.
  • Build knowledge of treasury operations and financial products.

Who we’re looking for

The Toyota Financial Services (TFS) Treasury Systems team is seeking a dedicated and highly motivated Treasury Systems Analyst committed to advancing treasury technology, enhancing processes, and delivering business solutions.

Reporting to the Manager of Treasury Systems and Processes, this role supports the administration, configuration, and ongoing enhancement of TFS Treasury systems, with a focus on Wall Street Suite (WSS) and other treasury applications. The Treasury Systems Analyst will work closely with business and technology stakeholders across TFS and its affiliates in Canada and Mexico to help deliver and support treasury solutions that facilitate financial and commercial transaction processing. This role offers an opportunity to develop technical and treasury knowledge while contributing to system improvements, testing activities, issue resolution, and project initiatives that support the organization's treasury operations. This person should be able to work independently and in a team environment with various internal customers to configure, administer and facilitate financial and commercial transaction requests from other TFS businesses. The person should have familiarity with accounting and treasury functions.

What you’ll be doing
  • Support the configuration, testing, and deployment of Wall Street Suite (WSS) modules, including transaction processing, cash management, and accounting functions.
  • Assist in maintaining and updating WSS configurations to support treasury products, business requirements, and compliance standards.
  • Partner with business and technology teams to support system enhancements, integrations, and process improvement initiatives.
  • Research, troubleshoot, and assist in resolving application issues related to transaction processing, cash management, and accounting activities.
  • Develop and maintain reports, queries, and dashboards to support treasury operations and business decision-making.
  • Participate in system testing activities, including unit testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing, to validate system changes and enhancements.
  • Maintain system documentation, configuration records, and approval artifacts in accordance with established governance and control procedures.
  • Participate in system upgrades, patch implementations, and enhancement projects to support system reliability and performance.
  • Identify opportunities to improve processes, automate manual activities, and enhance the efficiency of treasury operations.
  • Build knowledge of treasury operations, financial products, and treasury systems while contributing to ongoing technology and process improvement initiatives.
What you bring
