Here you will help with daily tasks like managing cash and liquidity, wiring funds and payments, processing reports, and performing account checks. Here you will help with daily tasks like managing cash and liquidity, wiring funds and payments, processing reports, and performing account checks. This is a great opportunity for a recent graduate or someone early in their career to learn about financial operations, cash management, and treasury work.

Cash Management

  • Monitor daily cash and liquidity balances in multiple bank accounts.
  • Help forecast short-term and long-term cash needs.
  • Make sure money moves correctly and on time.
  • Follow company policies and internal controls.

Banking Operations

  • Help send payments like wires, ACH, and foreign exchange.
  • Assist with opening/closing bank accounts and managing user access.
  • Check for fraud alerts using bank tools.
  • Work with banks to solve transaction issues.
  • Keep clear records of all treasury activities.

Systems & Reporting

  • Help manage the treasury system (Kyriba).
  • Set up and manage users in banking and credit card systems.
  • Create reports on cash, debt, and liquidity.
  • Support other technology projects in the treasury department.

What You Should Bring

  • Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, Economics, or a similar field.
  • Good at solving problems and analyzing data.
  • Careful and accurate with all details.
  • Skilled in Excel; with knowledge of ERP or treasury tools is a plus.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
  • Can work alone or with a group.

Preferred Attributes

  • Internship or class experience in finance, banking, or accounting.
  • Basic knowledge of payment systems and bank account balancing.
  • Interested in a long-term career in treasury or finance.

  • 401K:Bridge Investment Group will match your contributions dollar-for-dollar, up to 6% of your pay. These contributions are fully vested immediately. Eligible employees are automatically enrolled at a 4% contribution rate. *The employee must be at least 21 years of age and have worked for the Company for at least 60 days.
  • Paid Time Off: Employee will accrue 5.23 hours of paid time off per pay period for a total of 17 days per year.
  • 11 Paid Holidays per year.
  • Following six (6) months of employment at the Company, you will be eligible per birth, adoption or placement of a child for four (4) weeks of paid parental leave as the primary caregiver to the child or two weeks of paid parental leave as the secondary caregiver to the child. Following two years of employment at the Company, you will be eligible for twelve weeks of paid parental leave per birth, adoption, or placement of a child if you are the primary caregiver of the child.
  • Tuition Reimbursement: Up to $5,000 per year of pre-approved tuition expenses will be reimbursed upon submission of approved documentation. Repayment obligations may apply if employment terminates prior to 24 months.
