Job summary

XPO is seeking a Transportation Analyst in Ann Arbor to support the equipment administration team, operations personnel and fleet maintenance. You will monitor assignments, resolve maintenance issues and generate monthly reports.

A Bachelor’s degree plus four years of related work experience (or equivalent) is required; one year in related fields also acceptable. Strong Excel and PowerPoint, and excellent communication, are highly preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree plus four years of related work experience or equivalent military experience
• 1 year of experience in maintenance, logistics, operations management or a related field
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including advanced Excel (V-Lookup, pivots) and PowerPoint
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills; able to present clean, organized information and data

Responsibilities

• Support members of the equipment administration team, operations personnel and fleet maintenance department
• Resolve issues and recommend solutions related to maintenance issues and vehicle assignments
• Monitor database and track company car assignments
• Confirm the accuracy of the database and generate monthly reports
• Confirm the accuracy of repair invoices and process them timely
• Handle and complete ad hoc projects, reporting and requests as needed
• Perform other job-related duties as assigned
