Job summary

XPO Logistics, Inc. is seeking a Transportation Analyst in Ann Arbor to support the equipment administration and operations teams.

You will help resolve maintenance and vehicle assignment issues, monitor databases, and generate monthly reports to ensure data accuracy and timely invoicing. The role requires a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience with at least one year in maintenance, logistics, or operations management, plus strong Excel and PowerPoint skills and excellent communication

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills; able to present clean, organized information.

Responsibilities

• Support equipment administration team, operations personnel and fleet maintenance.
• Resolve issues and recommend solutions related to maintenance and vehicle assignments.
• Monitor database and track company car assignments; report monthly."
• Confirm accuracy of repair invoices and process them timely.
• Handle ad hoc projects and reporting as needed.
• Perform other job-related duties as assigned.

What you’ll need to succeed as a Transportation Analyst at XPO

• Bachelor’s degree, 4 years of related work experience or equivalent military experience
• 1 year of experience in maintenance, logistics, operations management or a related field

Preferred qualifications:

• Experience with Microsoft Office, including advanced Excel skills (V-Lookup, Pivots, etc.) and PowerPoint
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills; able to present clean, organized and thorough information and data appropriate for the intended audience
