What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

1. Analyze customer and business partner requirements to align Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) implementations with business needs
2. Contribute to project planning by estimating time and resources for system setup, configuration, testing, and training
3. Conduct hands-on system configuration, training support, troubleshooting, and go-live assistance
4. Support the User Acceptance Testing (UAT) process by facilitating testing sessions and ensuring proper issue resolution
5. Collaborate with internal and client teams to develop and document Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)

What is Required (Qualifications):

1. Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent related work or military experience
2. 2+ years of experience in the development and implementation of Warehouse Management Systems (WMS)
3. 1+ years of experience with Blue Yonder Warehouse Management System
4. 2+ years of experience in SQL
5. Experience with formal project management practices

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):

1. Master’s degree in a related field
2. Availability to travel up to 25% of the time
3. Knowledge of formal systems development methodologies
4. Thorough understanding of current information system technologies, including client/server and relational databases
