Blue Nile seeks an Analyst of Strategic Finance (FP&A) to support the Director of Strategic Finance in driving the company’s strategic and financial vision. This role partners with Operations and Merchandising, delivering insights to improve margins, cost structures, and overall business performance.
Responsibilities include modeling, reporting, scenario analysis for promotions and launches, and driving automation for reporting and efficiency.

The Analyst of Strategic Finance (FP&A) will support the Director of Strategic Finance (FP&A) in driving Blue Nile’s strategic and financial vision. This role serves as a key business partner to the Operations and Merchandising teams, working cross-functionally to provide valuable insights that enhance strategic decision-making. Collaborating closely with Operations leadership, including the COO, this individual will help optimize margin drivers, improve cost structures, and advance business performance. Additionally, the role will support scenario modeling for promotions and product launches while driving automation initiatives to enhance reporting, production, and operational efficiency.

Annual base pay: $70,000 - $90,000. Final pay rate shall be determined and is based on experience and qualifications.
