The role is hybrid, based out of Santa Monica or Pittsburgh, approximately 60% client solutions and 40% alternatives research, with responsibilities spanning client portfolios, presentation materials, and evaluating private markets opportunities. • Contribute as an active member of the alternatives research team.
• Evaluate private markets investment opportunities (private equity, private credit, real assets) primarily in North America.
• Participate in 3–4 person deal teams evaluating each investment opportunity.

The Alternatives team iscomprisedof the research group and client solutions group. We are seeking an Analyst/Sr. Analyst for the client solutions group; however, this is a dual-focused role that will spend time on both client solutions as well asalternativesresearch. The role will be approximately 60% focused on client solutions and approximately 40% focused onalternativesresearch; however, this time allocation is dynamic and will change from quarter to quarter.

Whatyou’lldo:

• Support the Alternatives team with client-related initiatives across both discretionary and advisory clients
• Assistwith monitoring existing client portfolios
• Create presentation materials for clients
• Support new client solution ideas and handle ad hoc client-related requests
• Contribute as an active member of the alternatives research team
• Evaluate private markets investment opportunities, including private equity, private credit, and real assets, primarily in North America
• Bring familiarity with marketable alternatives, such as liquid alternatives and hedge funds, as a plus but not a requirement
• Participate in 3–4 persondealteams evaluating each investment opportunity
• Assess both fund investments (primaries) and transactions, including co-investments and secondaries
• Foundational understanding of the private markets industry
• Excellent analytical skills (both quantitative and qualitative)
• Strong business and investment acumen
• Highproficiencyin Microsoft Office (particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and Copilot)

The pay range for this position is $65,000-$82,000. However, base pay will be determined on an individual basis considering various factors, including location, qualifications, skills, and experience. The total compensation package includes eligibility for an annual discretionary bonus and a full range of health and financial benefit offerings, which will be provided in conjunction with an offer of employment.
