An established clothing company is seeking a Retail Operations Analyst to enhance operational excellence in retail stores. The role involves developing strategies for process improvement, managing communications, and collaborating with store teams. The Retail Operations Analyst plays a critical role in advancing operational excellence across Carhartt Retail Stores by developing strategies that meet both consumer and associate expectations. This role drives continuous improvement in core processes, communication, and associate engagement, while fostering strong partnerships with store teams and internal stakeholders. As a key connector between corporate and retail, the analyst leads and prioritizes communication initiatives, ensuring alignment, clarity, and execution from strategy through completion.
Associate degree or equivalent years of related experience
