What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Conduct and support comprehensive evaluations of assigned programs, practices, and initiatives
- Gather, analyze, and report on youth outcomes information from YMCA network and third-party sources
- Design and implement research and evaluation strategies using qualitative and quantitative methods
- Support strategic relationships with partners and funders as needed
- Provide consultation on measurement and outcomes to ensure effective implementation

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in data collection, trend analysis, and qualitative and quantitative data analysis
- Demonstrated ability to develop and provide in-person and web-based presentations on technical processes and analysis results
- Experience working with health data, including sensitive health information
- Strong customer service skills and ability to collaborate with multiple stakeholders

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- 3-5 years of experience in administration and execution of evaluation projects
- Demonstrated research experience related to positive youth development and program quality
- Proficiency with statistical analysis software (such as SPSS, SAS, STATA, R)
- Experience working in a nonprofit organization, preferably with the YMCA movement
- Knowledge of relational databases and data visualization software
