Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in communications, marketing, journalism, business, public relations, or related fields.
• 3–5 years of relevant experience in analyst relations, PR, product marketing, or related coordination role.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Comfort collaborating with cross-functional teams and diverse stakeholders.
• Curiosity about enterprise technology, market trends, and industry narratives.
• Ability to turn research and notes into clear internal communications.
• Proficiency with common presentation, spreadsheet, and collaboration tools.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate analyst briefings and inquiries across priority firms.
• Manage calendars, trackers, prep materials, follow-ups, and internal logistics.
• Maintain records of analyst activity, timelines, contacts, and status updates.
• Support planning rhythms, status reviews, and stakeholder updates.
• Assist with evaluation processes, reference coordination, and submission logistics.
• Gather inputs from product management, marketing, and comms for reports.
• Organize source materials and proof points for analyst content.
• Assist with quality control of briefing decks and background notes.
• Capture analyst feedback and summarize key takeaways clearly.
• Translate analyst insights into internal readouts for teams.
• Track themes across conversations to identify patterns and opportunities.
• Distribute approved insights to stakeholders.
• Help activate analyst outcomes and follow through on actions.
• Utilize AI tools to improve research summarization and meeting notes.
