Team / Division Overview

The Real Estate CFO Analyst supports Portfolio Managers by monitoring portfolio performance, conducting analyses, and preparing investor reports. Using strong financial, mathematical, and statistical skills, they work with complex databases and tools to assess and reconcile performance, ensuring transparency and compliance with governance and legal standards. They may also participate in due diligence, research meetings, and client communications.

Role Details

As an Analyst, your responsibilities include:

  • Preparing reports and client materials such as Flash Reports, Board Books, Investor Teleconferences, Client Updates, Pitchbooks, and Quarterly Reports
  • Assisting with quarterly fund cash models
  • Handling client and consultant information requests
  • Supporting client letter compliance reviews
  • Managing debt covenant compliance materials
  • Updating and maintaining support files
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree (BA or BS) required
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills in a Real Estate environment
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and in teams

The salary range for this position in Chicago is $75,000 to $90,000, based on skills, experience, education, and other factors. Salaries do not include incentives or additional compensation.
