Our Real Estate Advisory Group provides comprehensive real estate valuation and consulting services for acquisitions, dispositions, financial reporting, tax, financing, insurance, and other strategic planning purposes. Day-to-day Responsibilities

1. Performing in-depth industry, market, and competitor research
2. Conducting local, national, and international real estate market analysis on a wide range of public and private entities using accepted approaches and theories
3. Designing financial models for discounted cash flow (Argus Enterprise and MS Excel), comparable property sales, and construction cost models
4. Gathering data relevant to the engagement through direct client interactions, including interviews with brokers and asset managers
5. Reviewing industry surveys, benchmarks, economic, and demographic trends
6. Preparing and presenting analysis results clearly and concisely

Essential Traits

1. Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Management (with a focus on Finance or Real Estate), or a related master's degree (MS in Finance, MS in Real Estate, or MBA) from an accredited university
2. Experience or educational background in the real estate industry
3. Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills, along with excellent verbal and written communication abilities
4. Ability to quickly learn new tasks
5. Demonstrated leadership and integrity
6. Ability to prioritize, manage multiple assignments, and adapt to changing priorities in a team environment
7. Commitment to achieving outstanding results
