- Familiarity with data science techniques and programming languages such as Python and R
- Experience with Microsoft Azure, AWS, or Hadoop
- Background in predictive modeling in healthcare quality data
- Knowledge of HEDIS rate tracking and medical record review processes
- Experience analyzing complex data problems in financial or performance management
