Job summary

Creative Solutions Services, LLC is seeking an Analyst-Program/Project 1 - Land Management to support land management operations within a large investor-owned utility. Qualifications

  • Three or more years of experience in a supporting role within Title, Escrow, Property Management, or Real Estate.
  • Experience completing assignments with various deadlines and making workflow adjustments to meet changing conditions and priorities with a high level of accuracy and with minimal supervision.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience gathering, researching, analyzing information/data, and drawing conclusions.

Responsibilities

  • Process encroachment closures
  • Open project notifications and work orders so agents across all regions can begin work on projects in a timely manner to serve customers
  • Process Non-PO Payments
  • LCAP/LCOR creation
  • Monitor the Secondary Land Use Inbox and respond to customer inquiries, submit requests to the licensing agent, and update the Secondary Land Use Log
  • Review Certificate of Insurance documents and upload and notate text in SAP, then forward to the responsible licensing agent
  • Pay line rents, which are critical to operations

Location: Pomona, CA

Onsite Flexibility: Hybrid

Contract Details
  • Position Type: Contract
  • Contract Duration: 12 months
  • Pay Rate: $16.00–$32.36 / Hour (USD)
  • Shift / Schedule: Days (First Shift)

Job Summary

This role supports land management operations within a large investor-owned utility organization, providing critical administrative and coordination functions across encroachment closures, project notifications, licensing, and payment processing. The position operates in a hybrid environment with onsite presence required on Mondays and Tuesdays.

Key Responsibilities
  • Process encroachment closures
  • Open project notifications and work orders so agents across all regions can begin work on projects in a timely manner to serve customers
