Job summary

Whirlpool Corporation is seeking an Analyst, Program Manager for WoW Studios in Chicago. You will support cross-functional teams, drive product launches and retail activation programs, and help optimize processes across workstreams.

You will collaborate with leadership to ensure timely delivery, maintain documentation, and implement best practices in project management across multiple brands.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 3+ years of program, project, or account management experience in marketing or agency environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage go-to-market product launch and retail activation content across brands.
• Oversee project lifecycle from initiation to completion and help teams meet milestones.
• Serve as point of contact to support cross-functional stakeholders and build collaboration.
• Maintain detailed project documentation including conference reports and next steps.
• Monitor project risks and assist in contingency planning.
• Collect and report post-mortem data at project level.
• Master internal procedures and support continuous process improvement.
• Demonstrate project management best practices and strategic thinking.
• Support adoption and use of PM tools and systems.
• Ensure deliverables meet quality standards and requirements.
• Maintain resource accuracy to support forecasting.
