The Analyst, Program Management (Maritime Training & Talent Development), is a key role within the Global Marine Operations department of the Safety & Marine Standards division, based in Miami, Florida. This role's main objective is to support the Sr Director of Celebrity River Marine Operations & Global Maritime Training in developing and delivering high-quality training programs for the Global Marine Operations teams of Royal Caribbean Group.
