Job Description

The Professional Engagements Analyst plays a critical role in supporting the operational execution, data integrity, and compliance oversight of commercial fee-for-service engagements with healthcare professionals (HCPs), patients, caregivers, and other service providers. You will ensure that all engagements are performed according to internal policies, regulatory requirements, and our goals. You will report to the Director, Professional Engagements.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES & ACCOUNTABILITIES

Operational Support

  • Coordinate and track the end-to-end execution of Speaker Programs, Advisory Boards, and Consulting engagements.
  • Collaborate with company partners and external vendors to ensure compliant execution of engagement activities.
  • Support the preparation and delivery of training materials, FAQs, and guidance documents for our teams and external partners.

Data Integration & Reporting

  • Maintain dashboards, reports, and data extracts to support business intelligence needs.
  • Monitor goals and identify opportunities for improved reporting.
  • Collaborate with IT and vendor teams to ensure system uptime, data accuracy, and release management processes.

Compliance & Quality Assurance

  • Support internal and external audits by providing documentation and process insights.
  • Ensure all engagements are implemented in a compliant manner, serving as an operational extension of the Ethics & Compliance team.
  • Help complete Business Impact Analyses (BIAs) and other regulatory documentation.
  • Implement quality assurance monitoring throughout the program lifecycle.

Stakeholder Engagement

  • Partner with Brand Services, Marketing, and Field Teams to align engagement strategies with our goals.
  • Participate in planning sessions, office hours, and training events to support collaboration.

  • Evaluate data and operational scenarios to identify causes and recommend applicable solutions
  • Develop and document scalable processes and guidelines that support consistency across departments
  • Manage multiple tasks and priorities, ensuring deadlines are met and potential risks are communicated to relevant partners

EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, KNOWLEDGE, AND SKILLS

  • Bachelor's degree in business, life sciences, or related field.
  • 1 –2 years of experience in pharmaceutical operations, compliance, or data analytics.
  • Analytical skills with proficiency in Excel, Power BI, or similar tools.
  • Familiarity with systems such as eTRAX or MPE

TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS

  • Travel up to 25%

U.S. Base Salary Range:

$70,000.00 - $110,000.00

The estimated salary range reflects an anticipated range for this position. The actual base salary offered may depend on a variety of factors, including the qualifications of the individual applicant for the position, years of relevant experience, specific and unique skills, level of education attained , certifications or other professional licenses held, and the location in which the applicant lives and/or from which they will be performing the job. The actual base salary offered will be in accordance with state or local minimum wage requirements for the job location.

U.S. based employees may be eligible to participate in medical, dental, vision insurance, a 401(k) plan and company match, short-term and long-term disability coverage, basic life insurance, a tuition reimbursement program, paid volunteer time off, company holidays, and well-being benefits, among others. U.S. based employees are also eligible to receive, per calendar year, up to 80 hours of sick time, and new hires are eligible to accrue up to 120 hours of paid vacation.
