Job summary

Experis Technology Group is seeking an Analyst, Product Surveillance to join onsite in Little Canada, MN. You will analyze and investigate product complaints, maintain records, and coordinate with internal teams as well as external stakeholders to gather information regarding product experiences.

The role supports regulatory filings and inspections with a focus on safety, compliance, and cross-functional collaboration. Local candidates only; pay is $32/hr on W2.

Qualifications

• Four-year degree in science-related fields such as biology, chemistry, or life sciences.
• Experience in complaint handling and product investigation is preferred.
• Highly organized with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
• Strong cross-functional communication skills to collaborate with diverse teams and external partners.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain accurate records of product experience files in the complaint database.
