Job summary

PURE Insurance in Chicago seeks an Analyst for the Product Analytics team to develop data tools and analytical projects supporting sustainable member growth and smart product solutions.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of relevant analytical experience.
• Excellent analytical, quantitative and problem-solving skills and strong attention to detail.
• A Bachelor’s degree is required in an analytical field such as Economics, Math, Statistics, CS, or Actuarial Science.
• Experience using Excel and PowerPoint to extract, analyze, organize and communicate data to support decision-making.
• Experience with a programming or query language such as Python or SQL.
• Strong organizational and communication skills, and the ability to translate quantitative questions into insights.
• Intelligent, curious, and self-starting.
• Good interpersonal skills and the ability to work well both independently and in a team environment.

About the role

The Analyst will be a key member of the Product Analytics team. We are seeking a talented analyst with a quantitative background to assist in the development of data tools and analytical projects in support of sustainable member growth and smart product solution objectives. They will be responsible for analyzing data to uncover trends and present findings to leadership. The Analyst position is hybrid role based in Chicago.

The base salary for this role can range from $55,000 to $60,000 based on a full-time work schedule. An individual’s ultimate compensation will vary depending on job-related skills and experience, geographic location, alignment with market data, and equity among other team members with comparable experience.
