The firm has offices in Charlotte, Atlanta, Boston, Columbia, Denver, Los Angeles, and New York.The Analyst Program is a three-year program during which the Analyst will develop best-in-class private equity real estate skills in a team-oriented, fast-paced, entrepreneurial, and high-performance environment. Each year of the program is structured to give the Analyst an increasing amount of responsibility at the firm and exposure to the private equity real estate industry, while also placing heightened focus on development of interpersonal and leadership skills. After completing the program, each Analyst will be promoted to Associate and placed in a distinctive value-add functional area based on skillset and interest.Functional areas include investments, development, asset management, portfolio management, leasing, capital markets, and investor relations.Key responsibilities include working closely with senior executives and various execution teams to provide analytics, research, and execution support for key strategic areas including investment underwriting, financial modeling, acquisition due diligence, business analytics, fundraising, capital markets, investor relations, leasing analytics, valuations, and portfolio-level budgeting and reforecasting. The Analyst will develop and maintain sophisticated projection models highlighting critical investment performance metrics, plan and produce investor reporting and investor meeting deliverables, support equity and debt financing transactions including equity capital raising and secured debt placements, and build or streamline internal processes to drive operating efficiency across departments. The role also involves developing expertise in Argus Enterprise, Yardi, MapDash, and WDesk.Requirements include strong analytical, technology, organizational, and process design skills, as well as strong interpersonal and collaboration skills.Apply for this Position
