GXO Logistics seeks a Pricing Analyst to develop pricing models and collaborate with teams in a supportive environment. Ideal candidates will possess a Bachelor's degree and analytical skills with experience in finance or pricing.

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop cost assumption and pricing models
- Recommend profitable pricing structures for new and existing customers
- Support pricing and finance leadership in governing pricing and ensuring proper approvals are in place
- Maintain and continuously improve pricing models
- Evaluate customized requests and perform scenario analysis under different pricing structures
- Facilitate pricing and credit approval processes according to Corporate Delegation of Authorization
- Present proposals and financials to cross-functional project teams and leadership as needed
- Provide training and feedback sessions with sales and operation teams to continuously improve pricing tools
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent related work or military experience
- 1 year of experience in pricing, accounting, finance, or similar field
- Analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong computer skills, including expert knowledge of Microsoft Excel and proficiency with Microsoft Word and PowerPoint
- Excellent math skills and strong attention to detail
Preferred:
- Bachelor’s degree with emphasis in Economics, Accounting, Finance, Business, or equivalent experience
- Experience presenting financial information and analysis to internal stakeholders and senior leadership
- 2 years of experience in pricing, accounting, finance, or similar field
