Pay Range

USD $21.56 - USD $25.66 /Hr.

M-F 8am-5pm, CT

Overview

Due to growth, we are adding a Quality Analyst to our team!

The Quality Analyst will be responsible for developing, implementing, and monitoring processes to obtain and audit key performance indicators. They will continually monitor the abilities, competencies, and service quality delivered by team members and provide reports to area leaders.

The Quality Analyst will audit inbound service calls to assess employee demeanor, technical accuracy, performance, and conformity to company policies. They will document outcomes, training plans, and development needs.

Responsibilities
  • Participate in a robust Quality Management Program, including recommendations on audit frequency, scoring mechanisms, and technology used.
  • Design and implement procedures and scenarios for quality control.
  • Create and present assessments and recommendations to leadership using data.
  • Work with workforce management on forecasting volume and staffing needs.
  • Communicate findings from test results to contributors and leaders.
  • Monitor and audit calls to ensure accurate and complete information is provided.
  • Maintain expert knowledge in quality customer care activities.
  • Meet and review audit outcomes with individuals, providing support and development opportunities.
  • Ability to travel to other campuses and training events.
  • Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
  • High School or GED required.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Support compliance program objectives.
  • Ability to interact cooperatively and respectfully with others.
