What you’ll do

Become part of an iconic brand that is set to revolutionize the electric pick-up truck & rugged SUV marketplace by achieving the following:

  • Maintain and update information within the HR technology stack.
  • Conduct periodic audits to ensure data integrity and accuracy.
  • Monitor and upload employee files into the electronic filing system.
  • Act as the first line of support for employees with systems related questions or issues. Take responsibility for any issues raised seeing it through to resolution by providing appropriate updates to stakeholders
  • Run frequent and regular queries and reports for a variety of HR stakeholders.
  • Provide timely responses to internal and external stakeholders regarding systems and reporting needs.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by Manager, People Operations

Location & Travel Expectations:

  • This role will be based out of the Scout Motors location in Columbia, South Carolina OR Scout HQ.
  • The responsibilities of this role require 2-3 days attendance in office with in-person meetings and events regularly.
  • Applicants should expect that the role will require the ability to convene with Scout colleagues in person and travel to participate in events on behalf of the company from time to time.

  • Education/Certifications: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
  • Years of Experience 1-2 years of professional experience in HR Administration or other relevant experience; internship experience included.
  • Customer service oriented with a can-do mentality.
  • Demonstrated ability to maintain high level of confidentiality
  • Resourceful problem solver with a bias towards taking action
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Office administration, including data entry, and proven knowledge of Excel including manipulating data and simple formulas.
  • Accuracy and attention to detail are key skills, as well as an ability to analyze and evaluate information.
  • Self-starter who works well under pressure and has ability to meet deadlines
  • Prior experience working with SAP a plus.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including: Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

Pay Transparency

This is a full-time, exempt position eligible to receive a base salary and to participate in an annual performance bonus program. Final salary offered will be determined based on factors including but not limited to the candidate's skills and experience. The annual performance bonus program is preset and not candidate dependent.

Initial base salary range = $80,000.00 - $95,000.00

Internal leveling code: IC10
