Job summary

Daikin Comfort is seeking a Procurement Analyst to support fulfillment, logistics, and orders across bulk, residential new construction, and specialty segments. You will coordinate with cross-functional teams, develop project plans and timelines, and ensure client deadlines are met while maintaining accurate invoicing and handling special client requests.

• A strategic and analytical mind
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks

Responsibilities

• Enters and fulfills orders according to client needs

• Assist customer in product selection and matchups
• Analyze data from shipping and delivering processes to identify bottlenecks
• Evaluate and report on KPIs

• Conduct regular margin analysis to ensure proper pricing controls

Job description

This position will report into the order management team, and supports the fulfillment, logistics and execution of bulk, residential new construction, and specialty orders. Procurement analyst is responsible for multiple projects or orders at the same time that will require them to work with cross-functional teams in order to execute procurement and logistics strategies to best serve the client’s needs. Will develop project plans, and timelines to meet strategic sourcing initiatives while also meeting client project deadlines and schedules. Works to align procurement and logistic strategies with various cross-functional areas to improve processes and strategies for current and future projects. Serves as a one point of contact for the clients, and executes as needed through regular calls, meetings, e-mails, etc. as needed. Handles all customer invoicing and any specialty client requests.

Position Responsibilities may include;

Pay: $66,000.00 to $82,000.00 annually
