Job summary

eTeam in Jersey City is seeking an Analyst Operations - Credit Middle Office for an 18-month assignment to handle day-to-day global banking operations, close credit deals within deadlines, and produce management reports.

The role requires strong written and verbal communication with stakeholders in New York and US clients, sharp analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently while collaborating with Operations and IT teams on process improvements and automation.

Qualifications

• Any Bachelor degree.
• Minimum 5 years of Credit/Loan middle office experience, especially in closing Corporate Loan/Deal Closings.
• Excellent in MS Excel and strong written and verbal communication.
• Strong analytical skills related to document reviews and number crunching.

Responsibilities

• Handle day-to-day global banking operations activities: review credit deals, perform control activities, and process data from credit agreements into systems.
• Close the credit deals within allocated time and report to the approving manager.
• Credit deal’s Data analytics & reporting.
• Work with stakeholders in New York and US clients; identify process improvements and automation with Operations and IT teams.
• Produce and enhance reports as per management needs.
