What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
- Assist in and/or manage campaign planning, builds, and ongoing management of clients' media efforts
- Communicate with clients for updates, review requests, and troubleshoot issues on platforms and media execution
- Partner with team members to ensure high standards of work and quality assurance for media execution
- Collaborate with peers to gather learnings from internal and external sources
- Execute on media platforms across Programmatic, Social, and Search channels
What is Required (Qualifications)
- Minimum of 1 year in a relevant Media role or environment
- Basic proficiency in at least one platform relevant to the Media team and conceptual understanding of the Media landscape
- Ability to identify and act on explicitly stated problems, roadblocks, and next steps
- Strong organizational skills to manage tasks and initiatives effectively
- Strong written and verbal communication skills for working with internal and external stakeholders
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
- Experience working with Programmatic DSPs, Ad Servers, and Social Buying Platforms
- Demonstrated ability to work with data in standard tools such as Excel or Google Sheets
- Experience in running effective internal and/or external meetings
- Strong self and social awareness skills to manage personal state and stress
