The Wonderful Company in Los Angeles is seeking a data-savvy professional to analyze Market Intelligence and support the creation of Power BI dashboards. You will collaborate with eCommerce, Brand Marketing and Sales to analyze sales impact and drive data-driven decisions.

You will use Power BI, Excel, and R with strong attention to detail and communication skills to deliver actionable insights and maintain consistent presentation decks across teams.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in a related discipline required.
• 3-5 years of professional experience in a Data Analysis role.
• Proficiency in Power BI for building and managing dashboards.
• Proficiency in Excel.
• Familiarity with eCommerce and eCommerce workflows and impact measurements.
• Familiarity with syndicated sales data such as Circana or Nielsen.
• Familiarity with R or other data science programming languages preferred.
• Prior experience working with consumer-packaged goods data (sales, panel, and DTC) preferred but not required.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with comfort in quantitative data analysis.
• Highly detail-oriented, with the ability to maintain a broad strategic perspective.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• AI experience is preferred but not required.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.

Pay Range: $75,000 - $90,000 and may include a discretionary bonus. Final compensation will be dependent upon skills & experience.
