As the Analyst, you will be an integral member of our team, responsible for providing in-depth data analysis, reporting, and insights to support organizational decision-making. This role requires attention to detail, and the ability to communicate complex findings to diverse audiences.
You will also provide critical staffing decision support for all IAM craft positions within the Manufacturing Center (MC), following existing contractual requirements and daily production and maintenance requirements.
The starting salary is based on but not limited to experience, knowledge, and qualifications in determining compensation decisions. The Salary Range for this position is: $80,800.00 - $118,750.00.
