FIS is seeking a Pricing Strategy professional to join its Pricing Strategy team in the US. You will develop and execute product and solution-level pricing strategies to drive revenue growth and margin expansion, while partnering with product, commercial, and finance leaders to ensure pricing is scalable and aligned to value.
You will collaborate across pricing models, rate cards, and go-to-market plans, embedding pricing into product lifecycles and supporting market launches.

The Pricing Strategy team is responsible for defining and evolving product and solution‑level pricing frameworks across FIS's portfolio, with a focus on Banking, Payments, and Wealth solutions. The team operates upstream of deal execution, partnering closely with product, commercial, and finance leaders to ensure pricing is scalable, consistent, and aligned to value. This team plays a critical role in simplifying pricing structures and driving monetization strategy, supporting enterprise‑wide initiatives to modernize how FIS prices and packages its offerings.

FIS is committed to providing its employees with an exciting career opportunity and competitive compensation. The pay range for this full‑time position is $101,500.00 – $172,550.00 and reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for this position based on the posted role, level, and location. Within the range, actual individual starting pay is determined by additional factors, including job‑related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Any changes in work location will also impact actual individual starting pay. Please consult with your recruiter about the specific salary range for your preferred location during the hiring process.
