Total Wine & More is seeking an Analyst, Labor Demand Planning to join our growing Store Operations team located in Bethesda, Maryland. This is an exciting opportunity to join a high-visibility team that partners closely with field leaders and store managers across the organization. Utilizing trends in sales, units sold and transactions, the Workforce Management Analyst evaluates individual store labor demand and ensures the appropriate amount of labor is provided every week. The Analyst will respond to store inquiries to review labor forecasts via a Help Center ticketing system. The Workforce Management Analyst is also responsible for generating and sending weekly performance reports to department and field leaders. You will report to the Manager, Workforce Management.

The exempt compensation range for this position is $42,900-$88,000. Compensation may vary based on a number of factors including, but not limited to, market location, job-related knowledge, skills and/or experience.
