Job summary

Bridge Investment Group in Salt Lake City, UT is seeking an Information Technology Analyst to support desktop computers, applications, and related technology across national Bridge properties. The role includes setup, testing, and issue resolution for Windows desktops, Office applications, and networking components.

You will assist offsite staff and satellite offices, respond to inquiries via email and phone, and ensure proper installation of software and peripherals.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years' experience of IT support
  • Minimum 2 years supporting large onsite team as well as remote users with minimal supervision
  • Minimum 2 years' experience onboarding IT needs for new employees
  • High proficiency in Microsoft Windows and Office, Ethernet and wireless networking, hardware and software setup
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize competing service request
  • Ability to work independently and efficiently to meet end-user needs
  • Superior organization skills, attention to detail, and appropriate motivation
  • Experience with hardware and software issues
  • Proficiency in Internet related applications such as E-Mail clients and Web Browsers
  • Excellent communication (oral and written), interpersonal, and presentation skills

Responsibilities

  • Provide front end support for PCs and peripherals for Bridge properties nationwide
  • Set up equipment for employee use and ensure proper installation of peripherals and software
  • Answer inquiries regarding computer software and hardware operation to resolve problems
  • Provide client support and technical issue resolution via email, phone, and other electronic media
  • Configure software to connect to Internet application servers
  • Identify and correct operational issues in end-user computer systems

Job description

**Make an impact**As an Information Technology Analyst, you will assist the corporate and property (offsite) staff and nation-wide satellite offices with technical support of desktop computers, applications, and related technology. This position is based out of our Salt Lake, UT office.Support for this role includes specification, installation, and testing of computer systems and peripherals within established standards and guidelines. The Information Technology Analyst will regularly interact with application software and operating systems to diagnose and resolve unique, non-recurring problems. Support includes fault diagnosis and resolution of Microsoft Windows desktops, Microsoft Office, networking components, printers and other peripherals.
