DESRI is seeking talented and highly motivated analysts to work on strategy, analysis, new market identification, M&A and financing transactions across its Finance & Acquisitions and Strategy teams.
You will build financial models, support due diligence, and assist with transaction processes for acquisitions, debt and tax equity financings, and asset sales, gaining exposure to development, construction, and operating assets in the renewable energy portfolio.

These positions are available on both our Finance & Acquisitions and Strategy teams and provide the opportunity to develop strong analytical, financial, and strategic skills while working alongside experienced professionals on high-impact initiatives across DESRI’s renewable energy platform.
You’ll support investment decisions by building and maintaining financial models used to evaluate project returns, capital structures, investment risks, and value creation opportunities. You’ll assist with due diligence efforts by coordinating third‑party deliverables, analyzing project documentation, and supporting transaction processes for acquisitions, debt and tax equity financings, and asset sales. Working closely with senior team members, you’ll contribute analytical support throughout the execution of transactions involving projects in development, under construction, and operating assets across DESRI’s portfolio.
