• Located in Lithuania, advanced English proficiency.
• Strong statistical analytical skills, comfortable handling statistical data from clients and presenting it to the team.
• Knowledge of human resources.

Responsibilities

• Monitor teams to gather and/or replace earnings data, practices, and benefits for revenue surveys.
• Targeted evaluation of repayment and benefits.
• Manage reward statistics and questionnaires on revenue practices and benefits sent to clients.
• Maintain internal relationships with experts from the location and our worldwide processing centers.
• Establish external relationships, including phone calls to clients to gather earnings and benefits data.
• Coordinate with the global processing center in the Czech Republic.
