This position is based at our location in Carlisle, PA, and offers a flexible/hybrid work schedule with 3 in-person days and 2 remote days.

Position Overview

The Analyst II supports Supply Chain reporting and analysis within an assigned region, focusing on providing daily visibility into inbound and outbound volumes, supporting S&OP processes, and identifying opportunities for improvement. The role involves data aggregation, reporting, and collaboration with various supply chain stakeholders.

Essential Job Functions

1. Provide analytics and reporting to support supply chain consistency, reliability, and S&OP processes.
2. Develop reports highlighting performance relative to targets and suggest improvements.
3. Identify and prioritize opportunities for capacity and process enhancements.
4. Support connectivity and reporting for Demand Management, DC Operations, and Logistics.
5. Monitor and report KPIs across geographies and operations.
6. Assist in developing business rules and standard operating procedures.
7. Create ad hoc reports and maintain cost estimates and forecasts.

Qualifications

Knowledge

• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Alteryx, Tableau, and databases.
• Working knowledge of SQL or similar query tools.
• Experience with data mining and supply chain systems.

Skills

• Strong computer, communication, and presentation skills.
• Analytical thinking and ability to work cross-functionally.

Abilities

• Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Motivated, independent, and capable of managing multiple priorities.

Education & Experience

• Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain, IT, Accounting, or related field.
