Job summary

Terumo Neuro in Aliso Viejo, CA is looking for a proactive FP&A professional to provide insightful analysis, build robust financial models, and support strategic decision-making.

You will lead monthly management reporting, assist in month-end close, develop forecasts and KPIs, support budgeting and long-range planning, and prepare presentations for senior leadership. Strong collaboration, communication, and execution are essential to success.

Responsibilities

• Prepare monthly management reporting and assist in month-end close.
• Develop and maintain financial models, KPIs, and forecasts.
• Support the annual budgeting and long-range planning process.
• Collaborate with department leaders to gather and analyze financial information.
• Assist in the preparation of presentations for senior management and stakeholders.
• Conduct ad-hoc analysis to support strategic initiatives and projects.
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance the FP&A function.
• Comply with applicable Laws and Regulations, adhere to Quality Management System processes and requirements as well as demonstrate Ethics and Integrity in all matters and at all levels throughout the organization.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.

$77,280-$91,351.93 (Financial compensation packages may be higher/lower than listed, & will ultimately depend on factors including relevant experience, internal equity, skillset, knowledge, geography, education, business needs and market demand)
