Compensation Range The base pay scale for this position is $99,000.00 - $150,750.00. In addition, this position will be eligible for additional benefits consistent with the role. The salary of the finalist selected for this role will be determined based on various factors, including but not limited to: scope of role, level of experience, education, accomplishments, internal equity, budget, and subject to Fair Market Value evaluation. The hiring range listed is a good faith determination of potential compensation at the time of this job advertisement and may be modified in the future.

JOB DESCRIPTION

The Application Analyst II – Bedside Technologies is responsible for supporting and optimizing a range of clinical hardware and software systems including JAMF, Imprivata, Primex OneVue, Connexall, Vocera, Responder V Nurse Call, and Epic. This role involves designing, building, testing, and maintaining integrated solutions, analyzing workflows and data, and collaborating with vendors and internal teams to tailor systems to organizational needs. The analyst will also provide training support, troubleshoot issues, participate in disaster recovery planning, and contribute to quality assurance and change management efforts. Strong communication, technical, and problem-solving skills are essential, along with relevant experience and a BA/BS degree. Flexible scheduling and on-call rotation may be required.

RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Responsible for in-depth knowledge of assigned hardware and software including but not limited to JAMF, Imprivata, Primex OneVue, Connexall, Vocera, Responder V Nurse Call, Epic.
  • Responsible for developing and documenting the internal procedures that will be used in conjunction with applications and hardware; and will design, build, test, install and maintain those solutions.
  • Conduct regular day-to-day communication, reviews the software, demonstrates a deeper understanding of business operations, and works with vendors, HSS Business Representatives/Subject Matter Experts, and end users to tailor the system to fit the organization’s needs.
  • Performs in-depth analysis of workflows, data collection, report details, server processes, and other technical issues associated with the use of hardware, software, and integrations.
  • Demonstrate knowledge of the organization’s Core Values and incorporate them into the performance of duties.
  • Demonstrate knowledge of the organization’s Service Standards and incorporate them into the performance of duties.
  • Work with Application Managers/Directors/etc., to collect, analyze and document business operations and workflow.
  • Complete all tasks in a timely manner with accurate documentation.
  • Collaborate effectively with all IT teams.
  • Troubleshoot reported problems and address questions from users, and provide on-call support on a rotating basis.
  • Review and test changes, enhancements, and each new release as assigned.
  • With support, create, review, and update test scripts to reflect proposed workflow solutions.
  • Analyze data needs.
  • Support the training team by keeping trainers abreast of new functionality and system changes. Perform application training functions, as assigned.
  • Communicate effectively across all impacted teams associated with task assignments and users with project/product information impacting them.
  • Analyze new functionality in new releases to identify impact.
  • Provide assigned off and on-site support as assigned.
  • Assist with all quality assurance processes, including change management and testing efforts.
  • Actively participate and contribute in meetings as assigned.
  • Participate in disaster recovery measures and development of processes as needed.
  • Create reports and extracts, as necessary.
EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

Requires 3+ years of IT implementation and/or support experience. At least one year related application experience.

EXPERIENCE PREFERRED

One year of Epic experience. Healthcare experience desirable. Project Management Professional, or like experience.
