Salary Information
The salary ranges for the Analyst I/II classifications are:
Analyst I: $$89,849.76 - $109,200.00
Analyst II: $$98,039.76 - $119,159.04
All ranges include an approximate five percent (5%) ongoing non-pensionable pay. Actual salary shall be determined by the final candidate’s qualifications and experience.
The Human Resources Department is currently seeking to fill one (1) Workforce Development Analyst (Analyst I/II) vacancy that will report to a Senior Analyst of the Recruitment and Workforce Development Division.

This is an exciting opportunity for individuals with a passion for human resources. The position requires strong organizational skills and the ability to build effective working relationships with other key stakeholders within the City of San Jose organizational structure. Attention to detail, a strong customer service perspective, adaptability to changing circumstances and critical thinking skills are crucial. This position requires a creative thinker who apply creativity to digital and print marketing materials and/or training and instructional design concepts. This individual should be comfortable leading events in front of crowds of up to 150 people.

Analyst I:A Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college or university and no experience required.The ideal candidate will possess the following competencies, as demonstrated in past and current employment history.
