Lancesoft in Melvindale, MI is seeking an Analyst I to support data analysis and reporting for the business unit. You will develop ad hoc and routine reports, write SQL queries, and create clear data visuals to reflect datasets.

The role requires a Bachelor's in a data-related field, experience with Power Platform (Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate), and SQL Server knowledge. This 12-month assignment offers standard business hours and a pay rate of $26–$28/hour.

• Bachelor’s degree required (Data Science / Analytics, Computer Science / Information Systems, Business Administration)

• SQL Server querying / knowledge base of database management & principles

• Gathering requires to execute reports/projects/ analysis

Duration: 12 Months

Pay rate: $26.00/hr - $28.00/hr

Shift: Business Hours

Description: Responsible for providing analytical reports, create processes to collect data, process and systems support for our business unit. Ability to work independently and identify appropriate course of action to analyze issues, recommend solutions and administer programs. Performs analysis research, studies, and prepares various reports.

Functions Performed:

• Ad hoc and routine reporting processes as well as report and metric generation
• Ad hoc and project analysis –gathering and reviewing data, making recommendations, and performing follow through activities (scheduling meetings, modifying data, additional analysis, reporting changes)
• Write/Execute queries in databases
• Create visual representations of data sets in quick and understandable means to accurately reflect the dataset
• Gathering requires to execute reports/projects/ analysis

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree required (Data Science / Analytics, Computer Science / Information Systems, Business Administration)
• Experience with Microsoft Power Platforms (Power Apps, Power BI, Power Automate)
• SQL Server querying / knowledge base of database management & principles

Preferred:

• Experience with Microsoft Azure Data Factory / Microsoft Azure Data Explorer Tools Databrick Exposure
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel
