Job summary

Overview

Position Summary: We are looking for a highly motivated Supply Planning Analyst to join our dynamic team. This role is critical in ensuring optimal production planning, inventory management, and cross-functional collaboration to deliver service, cost, and efficiency objectives.

Responsibilities
  • Lead production planning and finite scheduling in close coordination with the plant team to ensure timely and efficient delivery of finished goods.

  • Monitor finished goods (FG) inventory levels, proactively identify risks to Case Fill Rate (CFR), conduct root cause analysis (RCA), and implement corrective actions to maintain CFR at 98% or higher.

  • Proactively highlight supply-related issues and collaborate with Business Units, Demand Planning, Plant Operations, and Logistics teams to drive resolutions and ensure operational excellence.

  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives focused on process efficiency, cost reduction, and overall supply chain optimization.

  • Manage product lifecycle activities, including listing, delisting, and withdrawals in partnership with Marketing, ensuring minimal write-offs.

  • Take ownership of high-priority escalations from key customers and drive swift resolution in coordination with internal stakeholders.
