StepStone in San Diego is seeking an Analyst for its Fund Accounting department. The Analyst will manage transaction records and performance reporting by ensuring accuracy in reconciliations and working closely with third-party administrators.
The ideal candidate will hold a Bachelor’s degree in a related field and possess a strong attention to detail, time management skills, and experience with tools like Power BI and Excel. The position offers a salary range of $65,000 - $70,000.

The Analyst will be a member of the Operations team within StepStone’s Fund Accounting department. The person will be responsible for ensuring that transactions are properly recorded in the accounting records and the performance reporting system through managing the daily reconciliation process. The Analyst will work across StepStone’s Fund Accounting and Stepstone Portfolio Analytics and Reporting (SPAR) teams as well as third party administrators (TPAs). This Analyst will focus on the Venture Capital portfolios.
Salary Range: $65,000 - $70,000
