Job summary

Intercontinental Exchange, Inc. in New York is seeking an End User Computing (EUC) Analyst to onboard and support users across Windows, Mac, and virtual environments. You will manage ServiceNow tickets, deploy imaging, and provision AD/Azure/Intune/Exchange Online, ensuring secure access and smooth daily operations.

The role also covers hardware inventory, AV systems, and video conferencing support (Zoom, Teams, Webex), with NY-based EUC analysts focusing on trading-floor technology needs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, MIS, CIS, or related field.
• Experience with Active Directory, Azure, Intune, Exchange Online, and Windows desktop/server troubleshooting.
• Experience with networking technology such as Cisco and Juniper.
• Experience with Windows OS, Mac OS, and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Knowledge of scripting and PowerShell preferred.
• Understanding AI-powered productivity and analytics tools and their appropriate use.

Responsibilities

• Manage hardware inventory, mobile device support, purchasing, and file/print/DHCP.
• Troubleshoot and support conference room AV and video conferencing systems (Zoom, Teams, Webex, etc.).
• Support broker and trading floor technology (New York based EUC analysts only).

The EUC team is responsible for supporting all hardware, software and technology used by in-office and remote users to execute their daily responsibilities. Knowledge and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, MIS, CIS, or related field
• Ability to stand, stoop, kneel, bend, crouch, and lift 50+ pounds
• Experience with Active Directory, Azure, Intune, Exchange Online, and Windows desktop/server troubleshooting
• Experience with networking technology such as Cisco and Juniper
• Experience with Windows OS, Mac OS, and Microsoft Office Suite
• Knowledge of scripting and PowerShell preferred
• Demonstrates a foundational understanding of AI‑powered productivity and analytics tools, including their capabilities, limitations, and appropriate use cases.

Desirable Skills

• Experience in an exchange, trading facility, or financial services environment
• Strong multitasking, time prioritization, collaborative and communication skills

New York Base SalaryRange

The expected base salary for this role, if located in New York, is between $75,000 - 95,000 USD. The base salary range does not include Intercontinental Exchange’s incentive compensation. While we provide this range as general guidance, at ICE we compensate employees based on the skillset and experience of the individual. Regular full-time ICE employees are eligible for a suite of competitive employee benefits, including healthcare coverage (medical, dental and vision), a 401(k) plan, life insurance, time off, and paid leave for qualifying circumstances.
