Nasdaq is offering an equity analysis internship in Richmond, VA. You’ll support the Equity Analysis team, gain hands-on experience in investment research, financial markets, and the intersection of regulation and policy.

The program emphasizes learning, collaboration, and practical skill-building for a future finance career. You won’t need to know everything on day one—we’ll help you develop the skills, network, and confidence to grow in a fast-paced environment with a hybrid schedule in-office

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Finance, Business, Engineering, or a related field.
• Eagerness to learn, ask questions, and take on new challenges in a fast‑paced environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interpret complex financial and regulatory documents.
• Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Curiosity about global markets, investment products, and financial research.

What You'll Do

This position is located in Richmond, Virginia and offers the opportunity for a hybrid work environment at least 3 days a week in‑office, subject to change, providing flexibility and accessibility for qualified candidates.
