The Clearing House in New York is seeking an ERM Analyst to support risk management frameworks across risk appetite, risk assessments, key risk indicators, control testing, and issues management.
The role will ensure the company prioritizes, manages, and monitors risk by collaborating with multiple departments and by defining risk ownership tied to strategic objectives.
A successful candidate will bring hands-on ERM experience and the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
TheERMAnalyst will play an active role insupporting the Company’s risk management frameworks acrossfocused on risk appetite,risk assessments,key risk indicators, control testing, and issues management.The role will ensure that the company appropriately prioritizes, manages, and monitors risk by collaborating with several departments and defining risk ownership. A successful candidate will contribute to the Risk Management program by bringing experience and first‑hand knowledge to the enhancement and ongoing execution of the ERM program.
Bachelor’s degree or higherin risk management, business administration, computer science, engineering, finance, or a related area
2+ years’ experiencein Enterprise or Operational Risk Managementareas, preferably in the financial services industry.

Ability and eagerness to understand (ata high level) existing and emerging technologies
Ability to understand managementobjectives, risk appetite, tolerances, andimpact ofchanges to risk profiles.

Experience in Operational or Enterprise Risk Management
Experience in Payments and/or banking related fields, including Payments or Banking Technology
Understanding of the financial regulatory environment for the banking industry and payment systems space
Experience with system implementation(s) or system migrations
Experience with Issues Management processes
Experience with Agile, Operational Excellence certification
RSA Archer or other GRC experience
Responsibleforsupporting thedesign, development, implementation, and execution of the Company’s risk management frameworks to effectivelyidentify, measure, monitor, and control enterprise-wide risks.
Contribute to the evolution ofthe Company’sriskappetitestatements and associated frameworks.
Collaboratewith stakeholdersinthe design and build of enhanced workflows across RCSA, issues, and reporting as part of Global Risk and Compliance (GRC) uplift efforts.
Participate in the monitoringandanalysisof riskswithin theCompany’s business units andreport onthese risks to the internal and external risk committees ofthe Company,supervisorsand other applicable internal stakeholders.
Contribute to the creation andmaintainingof policies, procedures, and other relevant documentation.

Work is generally sedentary innature. The working environment isgenerally favorable.
