What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Assist with the month-end close by providing backup and support schedules to ensure accuracy and completeness
- Ensure timeliness and accuracy of sales data files sent to third parties for VAT return filings
- Compile coding for carrier charges received from Logistics
- Manage the team's corporate card and collaborate with internal departments for proper documentation
- Assist with special projects and initiatives to improve financial processes and systems

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance preferred
- Minimum of 3 years of progressive experience in Finance/Accounting roles, preferably within the music industry or eCommerce space
- Proven ability to manage projects to successful completion, multi-task, and work within tight deadlines
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and writing skills
- Advanced skills with Microsoft Office products

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with SAP, Monday.com, and SharePoint is a plus
- Highly detail-oriented and very organized
