Job description

Location: Open For 100% Remote

Duration: 10+ Months Contract (With Possibility of extension)

The Analyst, eCommerce Finance will be an essential member of the Financial Operations team within Fame House. They will have the responsibility of assisting with the month-end close process, preparing sales data files for VAT return filings, managing the Fame House corporate card, optimizing processes, and establishing best practices. This position will report into the Senior Director, eCommerce Finance.

How You'll CREATE

• Assist with the month-end close by providing backup and support schedules ensuring accuracy and completeness.
• Ensure timeliness and accuracy of EU, AU, and UK sales data files sent to third parties to prepare and file VAT returns, and ensure payments are processed in a timely fashion.
• Compile coding for carrier charges received from Logistics.
• Manage the Fame House Corporate Card and collaborate with internal departments to retrieve proper documentation.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and internal controls.
• Assist with special projects and initiatives to improve financial processes, systems, and efficiency.
• Handle ad-hoc projects as requested.

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance preferred.
• 3+ years of progressive experience in Finance/Accounting roles, preferably within the music industry or eCommerce space.
• Proven ability to manage projects successfully, multitask, and meet tight deadlines.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and writing skills to interact with business partners at all levels.
• Collaborative team player.
• Advanced skills with Microsoft Office products.
• Experience with SAP, Monday.com, SharePoint is a plus.
• Highly detail-oriented and organized.
