Belay Technologies seeks an Analyst Division Director in Maryland to lead growth, engagement, and the financial and operational health of Belay's Analyst workforce. This role is a dual-hatted leadership and billable analyst position operating under an approved labor category and supporting customer objectives.

The candidate will mentor analysts, manage staffing and contracts, and collaborate with BD to pursue new opportunities while maintaining strict security and compliance standards.

Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI clearance with polygraph.
• Experience satisfying education, experience, and mission requirements for at least one analyst labor category (TDNA, DNEA, EA, CNDA).
• 8–10 years in IC analysis, cyber operations, network exploitation, or related mission area; Bachelor's or Master's degree.
• Experience leading or mentoring analysts in government-contracting or mission environments.
• Knowledge of federal contracting, labor categories, staffing, bill rates, and contract performance.
• Strong written and verbal communication and executive briefing skills.
• Ability to balance customer missions with internal leadership obligations.

Responsibilities

• Perform duties aligned with TDNA, DNEA, EA, or CNDA labor categories while meeting contract and mission requirements.
• Lead the Analyst Division by setting priorities, managing operations, and promoting collaboration and accountability.
• Recruit, interview, and retain personnel; support workforce planning, onboarding, and development.
• Mentor employees with career guidance, training needs, and succession planning.
• Build relationships with government customers, prime contractors, and internal stakeholders for contract execution and mission delivery.
• Monitor contract performance, staffing, funding, and priorities to address risks and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Oversee division financial and operational performance, including labor utilization, revenue, and KPIs.
• Collaborate with Business Development to identify growth opportunities and contribute technical expertise.
