Job description

Foods you love. Brands you trust. And a career that empowers you to grow. At Nestlé USA, we’re all working towards the same goal – to delight and deliver for our consumers. With a rich portfolio of beloved brands, including DiGiorno, Toll House, and Coffee mate, in 97% of U.S. households, we have a unique opportunity – and responsibility – to be there for every moment in our consumers’ lives.

Joining Nestlé means becoming part of an inclusive workplace that inspires innovation, encourages strategic thinking and creativity, and celebrates your achievements. No matter where you work within the organization, you are empowered to challenge the status quo, embrace risk‑taking, and pioneer new ideas. Our supportive and collaborative environment encourages bold ambitions and continuous learning so that everyone can grow and thrive.

This position is not eligible for Visa Sponsorship.

Reporting into the Digital & Social Intelligence Manager within the Commercial Excellence organization, the Digital Marketing Analyst will be a crucial addition to a team whose mission is to implement an adaptive, industry‑leading Digital & Social Intelligence capability into Nestle USA that is considered a trusted source of actionable, real‑time insight into consumer behavior, perception & culture. The Digital & Social Intelligence capability has been built to support stakeholders across Brand Marketing, Digital Shelf & eCommerce, Consumer & Marketplace Insights, Social Strategy & Community, Foresight, Innovation, Category Strategy, Corporate Communication and other teams; ultimately, our goal is to fully embed the capability throughout Nestle USA and empower stakeholders across every department to act upon real‑time digital & social insights.

While supporting the established aspects of our Digital Intelligence capability (content performance reporting, web analytics, email/CRM, etc) and the final implementation stages of our Social Intelligence capability (social listening & related social research), the Analyst will also support the emerging AI Readiness capability through LLM Listening & Visibility analysis. Across all of these capabilities, the Analyst’s role will focus on robust stakeholder relationship building with teams across the organization, working hand‑in‑hand with stakeholders to enable basic self‑service monitoring that allows for the Analyst’s time to deliver more in‑depth analysis for our brands. The insights the Analyst will deliver will originate from both cadenced and ad‑hoc research requests, while the feedback the Analyst gathers will inform how we optimize & evolve the Digital & Social Intelligence capability over time using ever‑evolving AI-driven technology.

The Analyst will work in collaboration with other stakeholders within the Center of Demand Generation, including but not limited to Foresight, Consumer Insights, Marketing Analytics, Digital Shelf & eCommerce, Innovation & Social Strategy to provide capabilities and services that consistently identify, generate & distribute actionable & timely insights to Nestle USA’s 25+ Brand Marketing teams within NUSA’s business divisions.

The Analyst will be expected to work with our stakeholder teams to understand Nestle USA’s business objectives and brand strategies across a wide variety of product categories such as coffee, coffee creamer, chocolate & desserts, frozen meals, pizza, snacking, baking ingredients, noodles and sauces. Day‑to‑day activities vary given the nature of our business, but the Analyst can expect to balance answering business questions through in‑depth analysis using multiple technologies, collaborating with stakeholders in key meetings, developing and executing self‑service training programs, identifying & helping implement new technology features, working with vendors and attending leadership presentations.

On top of the various product categories we support and the multiple technologies we use, the world of digital & social media changes rapidly as AI‑driven technology emerges. Therefore, a balance of technical skill, strategic thinking, proactivity, flexibility and a solution‑seeking attitude is crucial for success in this role.
