A leading research university in St. Louis is seeking a Reporting Analyst. The role involves analyzing and reporting on various metrics to support departmental needs. A bachelor's degree is required, and strong analytical skills are a must. Candidates will prepare standard and ad hoc reports while contributing to budgeting and strategic planning processes. Additional preferred qualifications include experience with MEIS and GE systems.

Position Summary: Position provides analysis and reporting on monthly, quarterly, and ad hoc basis to meet the needs of the department. Areas of responsibility include development, preparation and analysis of Epic reports, physician operating statements, patient billing/receivable reports, payroll reports, budget reports, manager/PI fund reports, as well as special reports for department leadership, Chairman, JOSP, FPP and affiliated hospitals.

Salary Range: $58,400.00 - $99,700.00 / Annually
The salary range reflects base salaries paid for positions in a given job grade across the University. Individual rates within the range will be determined by factors including one\'s qualifications and performance, equity with others in the department, market rates for positions within the same grade and department budget.
