Job Summary

Collaborates with account teams and contracting to identify and analyze variances from over/under payment practices, incorporating these into actual-to-expected results. Assists in developing timely, innovative, and objective analyses that lead to fact-based solutions for strategic business issues. Provides customer service to internal and external clients, meeting quality standards and evaluating customer satisfaction.

Job Responsibilities

• Develops and utilizes innovative data visualization strategies to communicate data effectively for all audience levels.
• Creates and implements analytical and statistical methodologies and tools to evaluate company processes, business problems, and ROI of products and services.
• Collaborates with account teams and contracting to identify variances and incorporate findings into results analysis.
• Develops and maintains automated processes to identify data and process integrity issues, providing detailed recommendations for resolution and communicating impacts to stakeholders.
• Prepares management reports and presentations, utilizing query-based tools for data mining and analytics to support projects and ad hoc analyses.
• Performs tasks related to compliance monitoring, including evaluation of definitions, price adjustments, and network identification.
• Provides customer service, ensuring quality standards and satisfaction are met.
• Works cross-functionally with teams in Sales, Finance, Law, Contract Development, and Contract Operations.
